Sleeping Position

When sleeping, you should lie on your side while placing a pillow between your legs. Your back should be straight, and you should also place a pillow under your head so that it is a little elevated. Sitting position

When you sit, you should ensure that your feet are flat on the floor, and you need to lean your chest forward.
